General Information : Volumetric fillers are simple and cost effective solutions for handling free flowing,Granular and Crystalline products. Machine can handle wide range of products and packsizes . Volumetric fillers are ideal for handling Sugar, granular Pesticides, grains, pulses, whole spices, Pharmaceutical Powders etc. Totally enclosed drive and Volume adjustment mechanisms ensure trouble free operation in corrosive atmospheres of Salt and Detergent Powder industries also. Operating principle : The Machines operate on principle of Volumetric Portioning. Adjustable telescopic cups measure the set volumes of product and discharge into pouches /containers held manually under the discharge hoppers. The batch to batch variation in bulk density of product is compensated by Volume adjustment of telescopic cups. Automation : Automatic container feeding and indexing system is used to automate the process for less operator intervention and high speed. Models with Clutch system are operated with electronic controller to facilitate multiple discharge per bag/container. |
