Automatic bottle filling line is a fully automatic solution for filling powders in to the Rigid containers with stable flat bottom.

Powder packing line is a modular assembly and consists of following individual assemblies.

1. Bottle unscrambler: A Rotary unscrambler table with adjustable guides to orient the
bottles placed manually and feed them to the subsequent conveyor.

2. Bottle conveyor : Bottle conveyor with slat chain/belt depending upon requirement,
convey the bottles to the filling stations. The bottle conveyor also acts as buffer to
ensure continuous feeding of bottle at required speed to the filling/indexing station.

3. Filling Indexing Station : The bottle is indexed under the filling nozzle/spout by means of pneumatic/mechanical stoppers, indexing wheels, indexing screws etc. depending upon product and bottle requirement. No bottle no fill arrangement is also an essential feature of the indexing station. Bottom up filling is an advanced feature for compacting fluffy powders while filling.

4. Filling Machines : The filling machines can be Auger Fillers, Volumetric Cup fillers,
Microdozers, weigh fillers etc.

5. Powder filling system : Storage Silo with suitable feeder to feed powder to the machine hopper at controlled rate is essential in powder packing line.

6. Off take conveyor : Off-take conveyor conveys the filled bottles to capping stations.

7. Capping machine : The selection of capping machine depends upon type of cap, and mode of fitting.

8. Heat shrink Tunnel : To impart temper evident packing and to have the Legend and other details on the unprinted bottles, heat shrinkable sleeves are recently popular for all kinds of packing. The pre-printed sleeves are shrunk over the bottles giving them final finish.
