General Information :Auger fillers are versatile filling machines for free-flowing as well as non-free flowing powders and thick pastes. Machine can handle wide range of products and packsizes like pharmaceutical powders,pesticides,chemical,Ground spices cement,Powder dyes,flour,Ready mix food powders,coffee and milk powders etc.

Operating principle : The machine operate on the Principle of positive displacement screw operating under constant head of powder. Precisely designed Auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouches /container held under the funnel.

Controls : Electronic controller with photoelectric sensor controls the filling cycle through electromagnetic clutch/brake unit.Load cell based controls are used for weighmetric fillers.

Automation: Automatic container feeding and indexing system , Automatic powder feeding system for maintaining level of powder in the machine hopper are used to automate the process for less operator intervention.Bottom up filling arrangement also available for handling fluffy and dusting powders.
